This project is a homepage and brand refresh for VA Claims Insider, aimed at modernizing the digital experience and building trust with its audience. The redesigned homepage does the heavy lifting, with a cleaner visual system, stronger hierarchy, and more approachable messaging to clearly communicate value and expertise. A condensed brand guide was also created to ensure a cohesive identity across future touchpoints. The result is a more modern, credible experience tailored to veterans navigating the claims process.
