"Veterans shouldn't have to navigate multiple systems. They need one experience that's designed to build trust."
A unified portal and scalable design system transformed fragmented services into a connected experience veterans could navigate with confidence.
The sales page served as the first touchpoint for many veterans exploring MyServedWithHonor. I designed the hero experience to quickly communicate credibility, clarify the organization's value proposition, and create a clear path toward taking the next step.

Conversion Design
Veterans needed more than a list of pricing options—they needed context. Through thoughtful information hierarchy, side-by-side comparisons, and clear value communication, the experience transformed a complex purchasing decision into one that felt transparent, approachable, and easy to understand.

The user experience didn't end at conversion. I designed onboarding flows that made the claims journey feel transparent, replacing uncertainty with clear milestones, progress tracking, and timely guidance so veterans always knew where they were—and what came next.
