OVERVIEW

MyServedWithHonor is a centralized digital platform created to connect veterans with medical services, VA claims coaching, and additional resources throughout their journey. As the platform continued to grow, the experience evolved through new features, improved workflows, and a more scalable approach to digital design.

Through thoughtful design improvements, expanded functionality, and consistent visual systems, the portal continued developing into a more connected experience focused on helping veterans easily access the support they need.

Veterans were navigating multiple services without a single connected experience.

The portal created a centralized hub where users could access support, manage resources, and move through their journey with more clarity.

Creating a Trusted First Interaction

The welcome email served as many veterans’ first direct experience with MyServedWithHonor. The design focused on establishing trust, introducing the platform, and creating a clear path for users to access their services after account creation.

Communicating the Value of a Connected Experience

The marketing page was designed to introduce MyServedWithHonor and help veterans understand how their services, resources, and support come together in one place. The experience focused on clearly explaining the platform’s benefits while guiding users toward engaging with their portal.
